Mission Statement:

The DaVinci Film Society exists to secure the future of the Auteur. Our mission is to provide the “Lab” where the science of cinema meets the soul of the artist, fostering an international community dedicated to the architecture of narrative and the evolution of craft.

We believe that independent film is the unseen architecture of our global culture. To protect it, we move beyond the red carpet to provide tangible support for filmmakers who treat their work as a masterwork. Through our “Disciplines,”(Categories) we offer a high-level platform for artistic validation, mentorship, and the New Patronage—connecting the multidisciplinary spirit of our namesake with the next generation of cinematic engineers.

The Three Pillars of Our Mission:

  • Validation: Through the Leo Awards, we provide a certification of merit that recognizes technical rigor and profound imagination.

  • DaVinci Labs & Resources: We provide the blueprints and resources—from residency programs, LaunchPad showcases, to industry-level mentorship—we ensure the Auteur has the tools to construct their vision and deploy it.

  • Global Connection: We serve as a cultural lighthouse, bridging international borders to unite filmmakers who are as much thinkers and engineers as they are artists.
