Ticketing FAQ

When Can I Purchase Tickets?

Tickets on sale now!  Come and Experience the DIFF, October 10-12, 2025.  Official Selection program will be published September 20th.

How Do I Purchase an All-Access Badge, Day Pass, or Online access?

Experience the DIFF. Here’s how to grab your tickets:

  1. Head over to the ticketing page: Explore all your options, including DIFF Badges, Day Passes, DIFF Online, Single Block, and Opening Night tickets. Find the perfect fit for your festival experience!

  2. Click to buy: Once you’ve chosen your ticket(s), click the purchase button. You’ll be whisked away to our secure ticketing vendor.

  3. Picking a Day Pass: Click on the “Purchase” button, and you’ll be directed to our ticketing page. From there, you can choose the specific day you’d like to attend.

  4. Confirmation email incoming: Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email after your purchase. It’ll be your golden ticket to DIFF!

  5. Student?  We’re so excited to have you join us at DaVinci this year!  Make sure to bring a valid (current) student ID for badge pick up.  Unfortunately, we can not give out any badges without ID.

I've Purchased a Badge; What do I do now?

Your Badge is your ticket to all screenings specific to your pass type (VIP, All-Access, Day Pass). Badge holders are not required to make ticket selections but must be in the appropriate line 15 minutes prior to the published start time of each screening.  VIP Badges will have priority seating.

How Do I Pick Up My Pass?

Badge pickup is required for VIP, All-Access, Filmmakers, and Day Pass at the start of the Festival. An email will be sent to these badge holder with further instructions regarding pickup location and time.

I've Purchased a DIFF Online Pass; What do I do now?

DIFF Online will run in parallel to the live event festival, October 10-17th.  Online pass holders will be granted access to the catalogue of online VOD films at that time.  Pass holders will be given log in credentials after purchase.  Enjoy online cinema with our video on demand on your time!

Can I Get a Refund?

All sales are final.
