How Does it Work?
Committees operate with a high degree of autonomy and strong sense of ownership within the DaVinci ecosystem. They independently manage their meeting schedules, define tasks and deadlines for deliverables, and report progress during Board/Team calls, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
*What is a Strategic Partnership at DIFF?
As a member of the Strategic Partnerships Committee, you’ll be the architect of win-win deals that fuel the DIFF! Think beyond traditional sponsorships. You’ll forge creative collaborations through in-kind donations (securing resources like venues or equipment), barters (trading festival benefits for needed services), and give-and-get deals (like hotels offering discounts in exchange for promotion). Your work reduces costs, expands festival reach, and enhances the experience for everyone. Basically, you’ll be a matchmaker for mutually beneficial partnerships that elevate the DIFF to new heights!
